The Millennium Bridge, crossing the Thames in London is a modern marvel linking Bankside, with it’s sleek galleries, and the city where it terminates at the 300+ year-old St Paul’s cathedral. The juxtaposition is dramatic, but not as impactful as seeing this man and his dog sitting in the middle of the south end of the bridge with the bustling flow of pedestrians walking around them as if they didn’t exist.
